Is there any good tuts on removing rig from gun and adding one from another? Didnt find any, when I searched

Delete the bones on the gun. Bind each mesh to the correct bone on the gun's rig you want to use. Done.

1. This was posted 3rd day I had started to learn Maya
2. This was 16 days ago, which means I gave up on it for now, otherwise I would have commented here
3. Dont go in "old" help topics saying something is easy for beginner that has never used Maya
4. No tuts that go in-depth in this, thats why I asked
