This is an idea I've been suggesting on the cod forums for a while.
The Spray and Pray is a machine that would apply a gun camo to the weapon you put into it. The type of camo affects what it does to your gun. The machine would cost 3500 points.
 You can only spray a Pack-a-Punched weapon, and the gun would show the new camo with the micochip-like print still on it. The microchip-like print would be seen still on the sprayed guns.
The effects modify the gun, not the player. switching weapons removes the effects until you switch back to the sprayed gun. Your gun must be Pack a' Punched before it is sprayed. You can only spray a gun once, spraying it again changes the camo. You may spray both guns, but wonder guns can't be sprayed. The machine randomly gives your gun a spray, you don't choose the spray you want. Like the mystery box, the chances of getting a camo are random.

These are just some ideas for the effects of guns, nothing is final. Also, since WaW's coding only allows 128 guns at the moment, it could be limited to limited to 6 camos per weapon, with about 10 or more guns on the map, it might be doable.
Sprays and effects:
Dusty- gives you an additional 2 clips of ammo
Ice- after a few shots, the zombie will freeze, slowing them down (kind of like being killed by the Winter's Howl)
Red- makes the gun slightly stronger. Gives shotguns incendiary rounds (Incendiary rounds would set zombies on fire like the flamethrower)
Olive- increases accuracy
ERDL- refills 1 clip of ammo every round
Tiger- Bullets go straight through zombies without stopping along with increasing damage.
Berlin- Makes you run faster (gun seems lighter)
Warsaw- steady aim
Siberia-slightly increases body and limb damage, but supresses extra headshot damage
Yukon- kills give an extra 50 points (example: limb kills = 100, body kills = 110, headshots = 150, ballistic knife kill = 180)
Woodland- Makes zombies target your teammates over you
Gold- for every 5 rounds of ammo 1 gernade round is shot (excluding shotguns and 3 round burst guns)
Black ops 2 (preorder bonus) - death machine rounds, PaP doesn't work with this camo
Jungle- Makes the player able to pass through zombies unharmed if sprinting, but decreases sprinting time
Fire/Flaming- inncendiary rounds, and more powerful bullets
Numbers- increases ammo clips
Again, these are just some ideas for the effects of guns, nothing is final.

I like the idea of Spray N' Prey machine although WaW limits make it nearly impossible to put it normally in a map until there are 2-4 guns.
Oh and on PC there is no autoaim.
And what would happen when you use woodland camo on solo or when all your coop partners are dead?

I don't know, a lot of these were community ideas from when I first posted on the cod forums, however I do know that the spray n prey is more than doable for a mod.
Well you have 16 different camos there. That means 16 different weapon files for each weapon instead of 2(for upgraded), 17  actually including the original. So in default DLC3 we have 25 weapon files not including upgraded weapons and non-firearms. That means that 25*17 = 425 which is way over the world at war weapon limit. So no, its not possible.

Yes, we did. And this only adds one additional weapon file per gun. Yours would add 10+ per gun, which is over the limits of the CoD engine. We can only have 128 weapon files in a mod, and each variant of a weapon counts as a new file in most cases.
