i'm looking for an alternative to youtube or other streaming sites that haven't been over run by trolls, assholes, or other such people. NO SITES THAT ARE FOR OR CONTAINS PORN. as long as the site doesn't conflict with the last statement post below and give a rating.

Note: The reason for this is because i'm tired of looking to comment on a video and within 5 minutes being swarmed by trolls and pricks.

Welcome to the internet. You will NEVER find any sites where they don't consist of trolls or idiots. You will just have to learn how to deal with those kinds of people.

you have a fair point there but i truely am looking for alternative sites or tricks to turn off the comment system on youtube

You should do some research before asking for help. Twitch is a great streaming site, try it. You can turn off comments / chat on videos / streams on YouTube.
