hello, i need help, im trying something new here, i ported the minigun, ( cod2 ) but it came out like this, any ideas. i know that its something with the gunscale. i think.  ps ported minigun successfully to waw.

try editing some of the weapon fov settings, if not might need to anims. would be a pretty easy gun to re-animate, idk what kind of animation import support COD2 has though.

Edit: If it has to do with the gun scale then It would probably just be trial and error scaling it, unless you know how to 1:1 scale it to COD2 which if you did I guess you wouldn't be here.

To scale the model down you need to rebind it from its rig, scale it down with the scale tool, rerig it and reimport it.
You cant scale the model down by scaling the "J_Gun" Joint down, you have to scale the mesh itself down.
