Ive been trying to record a song using audacity wich most of you porbably know. Well its working fine n stuff but i have one issue its not only recording my guitar but also all of the windows system sounds :I would be nice if anyone could give me some advice help tips etc or another program to use for this Id be pretty damn thankfull

Well are you recording the song through your stereo mix? That's the only reason I can think of that those sounds would be picked up. I would use a direct connection VIA microphone or a direct connection using an adapter from your instrument to your computer.
