Somebody should make a program to make texture editing alot easier. This includes map textures, gun camos, and even loadscreens and strat menus.

Dunno what is so hard about putting this stuff in ur map, images are easy to import and gun textures are easy, you can put textures on guns using notepad.

Dont think one would be needed, since there is Gimp/PhotoShop, which are not hard programs to use and produce some good work, if enough time is put in them
