Zombie.str issue / not compiling?

I'm currently trying to make custom prices / text for a door that costs 3000,  I've changed the Zombie.str (in my raw/english/localstrings folder) to include a new door that costs 3000, as well as an area, and debris of the same price. After that, I did the same thing in my _zombiemode.gsc file (in my mods/maps folder)...
 
For some reason after compiling the map & Building mod, the custom door / debris prices won't show up in game.
 
My mod.csv file has both "include,zombiemode" and ""localize,zombie" included aswell (don't know if that makes a difference)
 
 
I've been working on this map for Months, and this is the only thing I haven't been able to fix with google.
Has anyone ran into this same issue, and if so, how did you fix it?

I think that it has something todo with the trigger, if the string cannot be found you will get something like: 'undefined string'.
That is here not the case.

I have checked the file where this cost is defined but it does not need any extra configurations so what you have is fine.
The only suggestion I can give are:
 
1. Have you also compiled the map? The zombie.str only gets updated after compiling the map.
2. Are the KVP's alright in Radiant?

I can still clear the debris, it just doesn't show the custom text...
 
Maybe the compile isn't reading the zombie.str file?
 
Should I try replacing zombie.str with a fresh file?

We are going to try something else, can you update the hintstrings like I did here below? Don't use '&' for now, just follow this.
 

 
If you still don't see the trigger hintstring then it could be that the trigger is too much placed inside the clip.
