i need help with launcher.

When i open launcher after using all the scipts i need to put in before i start a map, clicking converter brings up the error : FAILED TO EXECUTE: converter -nopause. I dont know what it means and when i press radiant it says: FAILED TO EXECUTE: CoDWaWRadiant . I need help on what to do or how to fix it, can anyone help me?
