It was one of the first custom maps I ever saw and played.

What are my opinions, you may ask.

1.Well, I feel as though Moon and Origins are quite overrated, but that doesn't mean I think people go on about them a lot... full stop, I think these maps aren't all that great and so when someone goes on about them or praises them, I feel that they going on about the wrong maps, they are over hyping | overrating them.

2.I think as the release of maps has went on, they have usually gotten worse and worse over time. I thought Mob of the Dead was quite alright, but its not as underrated as the first 4 maps and Ascension (Back in the better days). Also, lets not forget Farm, Town and Bus Depot (Not saying they are all that great either, in fact these maps are just crap).

3.Well..., this might get awkward. In my opinion, The Swan and Leviathan come to mind. I definitely don't think these maps are bad, but again, I wasn't a big fan of Moon, so Leviathan gets it the worse for me. Both creative and greatly made maps though.

4.This one is actually really different. The same issue I have is with the Treyarch maps too, that the newer, the more praised and talked about, so ... the older..., the less praised. I use to watch Yoteslaya and ESSOfps, so I usually think back to those really unique ones. TMG Fun, Hello Kitty (Kind of), just those old ones that, compared to todays average map, are stupid and so ... so stock.


I could go on for a while and the longer I spend typing all this, the more I wanna carry on typing about past and present maps saying "This map is underrated and this one ... and this one... and this one... and this one".

I can't wait to see what people put and of course, lets be nice and respect each others opinions. I like to think this community can be amazing and polite.... and god damn fucking dank bro...

I was and still am certain they fucked up in it.

I can understand the pros to the Map Manager, in fact I may install it (Just to play exclusive maps), but I don't see the harm in adding a download link as well.
I haven't got the Map Manager, nor has my brother and so I assume there are many others out there who don't have it.
I don't think its needed, again, I can understand the pros and so, yes, it is worth it, but not needed.

The thing I'm trying to ask for is - download links, not just the UGX Map Manager.

I'm not saying its bad, I just don't think its needed.
I might get it, but just for the exclusive maps.

I've only ever not been able to monitize my videos if there is music in it

And one of my videos the jugg jingle was incorrectly picked up as a song by some band that hasn't been around since the 60s

Now Nintendo on the other hand, they do have this rule - unless you sign as a "Nintendo partner" - meaning you only get 30%

We should just change it to 'Gameplay Monetise'.
I wish more companies came out on whether they are cool with monetisation or not.

You need a network. If you turn on adsense on your CoD videos without a network you will get a strike or have adsense ban you.

Okay, I wasn't sure on that, so I left it out, but now whoever sees this forum post will definitely know now.

Is it okay that some YouTubers (Or whoever) make money off their Call of Duty (and other Activision) content?

From what I've seen and read, it doesn't seem Activision is cool with gameplay being monetised and that the only people who are making money off this content are people who used the vague-ness of Activisions rules and guidelines for their own benefit.
Is it okay that these people have broke the rules?
Is Activision being horrible, unfair and or stuck up?
What are your thoughts?

At first, I didn't understand what you meant in your reply.
I get it now and its just an opinion and that it sucks.

Again, I don't want to spam on forums. I'd like to become more interactive and involved with the UGX community *cough cough which is awesome cough cough I'm looking at you cham, yep you cough cough cough*.

Okay, I've been subscribed to YAW (YouAlwaysWin) for quite a while and once I was very much into their content, but over time, I've grown to dislike them a bit. I'm not happy that I don't like them so much anymore, but it happens sometimes.

Anyway, I am disappointed. They use to okay, now they are children party clowns. Its all run my stupidity and fart noises.
The fact they have maps made only for them is, well I can't say its completely unfair, I mean anyone can do what they want and its probably not even their fault that we can't play the maps, but it is kind of sad we are missing out, even if most of the maps are complete shite (Sorry, map maker if you see this, but seriously, most of these maps run with a theme like Straight outta Compton most likely due to YAW trying to gain as much attention as possible, even if that seems unfair, it kind of isn't).

I don't wanna make this a whole hate speech thing so I'll get to the point.

1. The star ... okay, I'll accept it.
2. It doesn't state the format they are playing on is PC. Correct me if I'm using the word format wrong.
3. And this is the important part. Round 100 Zombie Challenge.

Watch it... its not that challenging. The zombies haven't got any more health then if the zombies were Round 1 zombies.
Your going to tell me, thats not their fault, well the problem, the actually problem is that they use the word challenge...
Again, its not anymore different then a round say 15 or 20.
Your still going to tell me, thats not their fault, well... well well well, they or should I say Meaty still boasts and thats what bothers me. Its what bothers me about a lot of YouTubers, they act as though they know it or they are correct, when they could wrong.
I'll be completely honest, I've gotten really really really picky with words the past year. To me everything has to be spot on, so I can accept this topic is actually aimed at me, but still for people who claim they are right in cases and present themselves so professionally at times, yes they may make fart noises, but I'm sure they think of themselves as though they are businessmen, it annoys me.
To end off, I'd like to say (TYPE*) yeah this maybe a bit personally and yes there might some jealousy... and yes, maybe I am getting really deep with it and myself... and yes, does it even matter, well actually no... it shouldn't, too much at least.
Its just a shame to see a legacy or a piece of art spray painted by idiocy. I can and will take much of this blame that I assume I will receive, so yeah. Also these guys are trying to make money and support themselves, so it is pretty fair.

 

A seriously hard question to me.

I always find Hello Kitty to be 'that map'.
I'm not joking, its probably because its first I ever played and so I always talk about it like it the holy grail of zombie maps.

I seriously want a remake of Hello Kitty, thats how big of a deal it is to me.

Can't wait to find out what features/guns/perks are available in this map. It looks excellent, I just hope we aren't let down with the 4 original perks (Not DT 2.0 or QR SoloEdition) and stock WaW weapons.

It DOES work with the cd/version but you have to download a ´new´ .exe to launch the game. ( search `cod waw lanfixed.exe´ on google )
