Im trying to change my zombies model in script at a cerain point (when a weapon is fired) but for some reason the model im trying to change to keeps defaulting to the default actor model

The console says the model im using is not a actor model but i dont know how to make a actor model, my model is set to animated in assman (ive tried mp body just to if that workd and sadly it didnt)

my model is also precached and in my mod.csv so i dont see how it cant be found (ive ported and included it like any normal model would be)

Click to see the error I get in the console

Hope I am not asking a dumb question, but is the model actually loaded in a .ff? cause the error is saying it cant find the model, place the model in radiant and compile, then see, or add it in mod.csv.
