Zombie Head shots not Working?

Hi, i have custom zombies in my map. When i'm trying to aim zombie heads, nothing happens. I don't know why, maybe in scripting or etc.. Help me please, thank you $:-\$

What models do you use? If you use models which are ported by your own, you have to add correct hitboxes to the models. Hope this will help you
