I am quite new to UGX, but I really like their maps. Yet I cant play them because the map manager is messed up. I am confused because I can load the website, but I cant join the server on the map manager. ??? What is going on???

The map manger only downloads content. It's not a server browser. It sounds like you may not even have Call of Duty World at War, which is required to play any of the content in the manager.
