I was trying to port the ak74u from BO and I got the model sorted out

. However when I went to convert the animations I only found a few

.Here is an image of the aims which I found which ak74u in their name

Does anyone have any idea where I can find the rest? such as the idle anim and reload?

Have you tried running Converter from the BO Launcher program? I know all of the weaponfiles are missing until this is done, maybe some anims are missing too?
