I would like to know if there is any possible way to extract CoD: WaW mods from their installers, as I am having an error where the mods install to the wrong place, and the location of the installed files is unknown.

Most installers can be directly opened with an unzipping program like Winrar or 7-zip. Just directly open the .exe with 7-zip and you can find the mod folder inside.
