Just made a couple tweaks to the script that was in game(which I'm pretty sure is just the Black Ops 2 script for it) so that it could properly work now.

Combat Knife
It is a one hit kill until round 15 and when pack a punched it is a one hit ...

I have T4M installed but for some reason this map crashes the game and says ran out of memory

Sorry for the late response, i reccomend you entering the game with your graphics on low or normal, not really sure why...
