it didnt give a error. it just made a noise and nothing was happening and i wasnt told to open as admin ???

i didnt run anything as administrator and i was told to go on script placer, make a map then open it through the launcher and so on.

im new to map making but i was trying to make a map then i couldnt save it, or open up misc things. i want to know why it keeps doing this and how i can stop it thanks
