It's easy, slide anims are like sprint anims.  considering you got the base file correctly set-up. Drag the anim, rename the tag_weapon to j_gun. Select tag_torso & tag_cambone and select hirecay. Export...

same as waw, look up a tutorial. You'll need to convert older sounds to 48khz with audacity.

Look in the entity browser, or even misc/prefabs (in entity browser) could have some stuff to use.

Here are some standard conventions for solving this:
Clear your file (like mentioned above), compile/lights/link and see what errors occur (if there are any, it will not upload), if your preview image is not 512x512 it will not upload.
