It's easy, slide anims are like sprint anims.  considering you got the base file correctly set-up. Drag the anim, rename the tag_weapon to j_gun. Select tag_torso & tag_cambone and select hirecay. Export anim. That's it.
Well considering I don't have sprint anims either since it was waw. What can I do?

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with sliding anims in bo3, I'm really struggling when trying to convert from the .mel it gives in wraith..

same as waw, look up a tutorial. You'll need to convert older sounds to 48khz with audacity.

Look in the entity browser, or even misc/prefabs (in entity browser) could have some stuff to use.

Here are some standard conventions for solving this:
Clear your file (like mentioned above), compile/lights/link and see what errors occur (if there are any, it will not upload), if your preview image is not 512x512 it will not upload.

How can we change the starting weapon? Is it as simple as editing something in the zone/scripts? If so please tell me the code, much appreciated thanks!

Hi all,
I've spent the last couple of days porting some weapons over into the bo3 mod tools from waw. I've created a standard weapon and pack-a-punched version ready to be used for upgrading. I'm wondering if anyone here has a script or knows how to get the custom weapons into the mystery box? And if they know how to be able to pack-a-punch them? As it doesn't seem as easy it were in WaW when you just update the dlc3 code etc. I found a csv file, zm_levelcommon... and it had a list of weapons and their packed variant but it was clear that that file had no linkage to anything once I compiled and linked my mod. If anyone has any ideas on getting my ported weapons into the box and pack-a-punch, please let me know as it will be greatly appreciated :D

p.s. I have some YouTube buddies (100K+) that will definitely love to use the gameplay of the guns, and credit will be given :P

You need to go into /usermaps/<mapname>/sound/zoneconfig and edit the file in there to match your soundalias.
