i was working on my map and something happened

i pressed ctrl+tab nothing happened
and i tried pressing every icon twice on the tool bar
can anyone help ?

You see the bar separating the 2d and the 3d panels? It's two bars and inbetween is the normal 2d view. Just drag the left bar way to the left and you should be good.
