wait what? ALL of your pathnodes are disconnected?  Are the nodes inside a solid object(brush)? If no then i'm out of ideas because the only two reasons(that i know of) that pathnodes would do this is either:

-No nearby nodes to connect to
-Node is within a solid object

And in both of these cases you'd get a whole crap load of errors saying such.
ill try to make another map to see if it the pathnodes will connect. the pathnodes are inside light grid volume but i always that.

Are you sure you're even placing the correct type of nodes in Radiant?
yes i have been mapping for 4 years i know what a path node is

in raidiant when noding a room make shure the nodes are very close to the floor and not too far appart disconnected nodes will show if;

1, pathnodes are too far appart
2, or if you have nodes going through a door but they will become connected when door gets opend
3, they will also never connect if you dont tick connect paths in launcher
