can anybody please help me get maya 8.5 and help me set it up as im kind of struggling, ive made a great map with great detail just missing getting guns into it. any help would be greatfully received.

It's hard to get your hands on maya 8.5.
But most of the plugins work for the newer versions too now. Maya is NOT a free software however, you can get a free students license on their homepage if you are still in school or at a university or something simmilar.

The "free" version has all the feautures of the full verson and will run for about 3 years after which you are normally able to get the newer version the same way.
