Textures are transparent only when there's an fx in front of them, like the dust when a zombie spawns or the light of the box. I tried it with blend instead of replace and the textures were transparent always.

One thing I noticed is Opaque. I use Default on it, so try that. Everything else looks fine

Yes. I used to have it in default, but I was trying things and I took the screenshot while I was trying opaque.

The problem was that the tutorial I followed said I had to set the polygonOffset in "Weapon Impact", but it has to be in "None".
