asset manager doesnt work for me < side-by-side configuration is incorrect

i am having a problem with the asset manager just not opening, i have tryed opening a the file directly and through the launcher and it wont open and gives me this error
i am very new and this does kinda sucks that my first post is a help post but ye any thing to help guys :\

@LIGHTNING and i figured this out for others in the same situation what i had to do was install microsoft visualstudio redist 2005
we did install some others whilst getting there the others that we installed were
microsoft visualstudio redist 2008
microsoft visualstudio redist 2010
microsoft visualstudio redist 2012
microsoft visualstudio redist 2013
and microsoft visualstudio redist 2015-2022
make sure to install both x64 and x86 in your prossess thanks again LIGHTNING and the other guy in call im sorry i forgot ur name but both of you did help me thanks
