find the fx name using the effect editor. and then spawn it in your map.

in mapname:

in zombiemode/mapname (personal preference)

PlayFxOnTag( level._effect["NAME"], spawner, "tag_origin" );

this script would spawn a fx on a model with the targetname fx_spawner. i recommend using the model tag_origin because its invisible and non-colliding
