server script compile error (unknown function)

i load my map and it comes up with this error i would love some help with fixing this, thanks.

Run map in developer 2 and send us some screenshots from console that we can see whats wrong.

This should work, but if it doesn't then what i collected from the console is that something is missing in my utility script like a "set Env( env );" i honestly have no clue lol

Animscript utility? Are you adding some code in utility?

no i didnt mess with the utility at all, do you know where i would get a fresh utility file? maybe i can switch them out in my mapname/animscripts folder
