so i put my pack-a-punch in the map and put the power to. So after i turn on the power, the pack-a-punch still dosn't work. when i go near it, it shows a hand icon instead of the 5000 points thing.

PaP won't work without putting any perks in the map
If you want your map to only have pap, then you can put the perk in an inacessible place far away
