Communication Failure

Lost connection between Autodesk and my pc.
I have no network issues and i even turned off my firewall and antivirus
Any ideas on how to fix?

Have you tried a different browser?
Also, instead of choosing the install now option, choose the browser download option. The install now button has a drop down menu.
