map texture broblem

i have a broblem that some maps textures are glichy and weird. is there something i can do to fix this?

Anyways - this usually happens on maps with t4m, or just having t4m installed. The way I get around it is by going into the texture settings and making the texture quality set to High for all of them instead of Extra.
