MAP MANAGER NOT DOWNLOADING PLEASE HELP

 OK, so i'm new to this website and i decided to download the map manager so i could download custom maps. I went to treaors post or whoever that is who posted the map managers download link. Once i clicked the red button that said DOWNLOAD FILE, it brought me to blank page that said Not Found

The requested URL /DOWNLOADS/manager/UpdaterExe/UGX was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) Server at ugx-mods.com Port 80

If anyone had this problem or knows how to fix this problem PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thanks for reading and have a good day :)

 Ya i meant him lol and just to add in i tried restarting my computer and searching the problem up but nothing helped so if someone is aware of this please let me know.
