i compile and load the map this is what i get

all i want to do is give up .... if i try using ugx or gcz script placer i get 400 fx error and nothing works to fix it i just dont flipping get it

The red errors are irrelevant, the game will work without them. The error which is causing the crash is at the bottom of the second image - you are missing the zombie_factory.atr animtree file. This would typically be located in your _patch file.


You can add it manually to your IWD but since you are having this problem, there are probably more things missing too.

For one make sure you are compiling your patch correctly. If that doesn't work you can try adding the anim tree file in manually by copying it from "root/raw/animtrees" to "mods/*MODNAME*/animtrees". But as treminaor said the issue is probably related to something bigger than that so it's not a guarantee it will function.

Odd that it isn't known how to fix that.
It's not that we don't know how to fix it, it's that we don't know what you did to cause it. There are a number of mistakes that would cause extra effects to be loaded into a map which go over the set limit...

If you have not added any of your own effects to the map to cause this then you have a major dlc3 CSV problem.

I know our script placer should be working but for the sake of investigation, try creating a new map manually using these instructions: http://ugx-mods.com/wiki/index.php?title=Setting_up_a_new_map

I think I know what went wrong.
I had the same error untill now.

After installing the ugx modtools and patch and stuff, you have to either download sniperbolts tutorial2 or nazi_zombie_oldtown and copy the files to your root.

Nobody here told me that this step was vital:D

Try booting without developer 1 and developer_script 1 - asserts are only activated in developer_script mode, and that is an assert error.
