So,I installed a custom map and didn't like the weapons it had and some of the zombie models. I have another custom map installed and want to trade an H&K G3 with an M14. However,I failed that attempt and ended up breaking the map. Luckily I had a backup. All I know how to do is replace the hud or add a new hud. I'm not looking to redistribute my modified maps soon. Could any of you guys teach me how?

Well you cant modify maps that you downloaded. Only ones that you have made.

Depending on the map you can add your own custom weapons. However, you'd need a fastfile with all of the weapons compiled & an IWD for images and whatnot. Its really not worth the trouble.
