Is there a way i can put xmodels in WaW Files into radiant and export them as prefabs because i dont have any foliage prefabs to use that are in .map?

yes

place some models

select them all

right click 2d view

save selected as prefab

that will create a .map, with whatever you had selected in it

but how can i get the xmodels into radiant?

place a script or misc model

then itll ask you to chose a model

navigate to root/raw/xmodel

and pick one
