After building mapname.ff and IWD files without errors, and compiling the map with BSP, Lights, paths, reflections and ff selected, with mod specific on, corresponding to the mapname, after running is sp mode with developer 0, i get the error and my game crashes.

within the mod builder tab under the IWD File List is ugx_mod_menu_template.iwi checked to build it? It needs to be checked as well. If it is not in the list you need to add it to your mod.
