Error trying to BUILD MOD

So i am trying too build my map.

I have done so the right map is building, i have set so build mod.ff Fastfile is on, i have done so build IWD file is on, i have done so all the IWD file list files are on.
But when i am building the map i am getting this error in the console:

I'm faced with this situation, too. Sometimes its again.
This is most often due to the fact that the computer memory is full.
or it may even be this situation from the hard disk, where you installed the game with modtools.
- You cleaning computer's memory and clean your hdd from unneeded files
where you installed the game and restart the computer)
