Is there a way to get double tap 2.0?(i think that the map requiem has it,not sure tho), are there any prefabs or do i have to do some scripting?

There are several perk scripts out here that will let you have Double Tap 2.0 in your mod. I believe Harry Bo21's perks use it, for starters.
