Can't put on PES in Leviathan

For some reason, I can't put on PES in Leviathan. Even how badly I try by pressing and holding X, it won't work.
Please help fixing this.

i think you have to assign the x button to inventory or something like that . have you tried to press another button ???

For some weird reason 'B' worked for me, if anyone gets this issue just press a few buttons...in the end that is that I did.....

I finally got it. You need to change Map in Interact Controls to X. But thanks for the replies anyway.
