cant get waw to work

so when i open waw all i get is cod waw displayed on the upper left quarter of the screen ive tryed restarting my pc reinstaling the game and screwing with the resolution and nothing with fix it ive tryed scrren shotting it and all i get is black
any ideas would be great thank you

Delete your players folder inside C:\Users\<ACC>\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\players
If that fails check to see if config.cfg is generated if it is open it in notepad and edit the line r_fullscreen "1" to "0" then give it a try.
