i think the answer is yes. the terms of use say that everything made using the modtools is property of activision, but the models are made in maya, so you still have the rights of the model. but laws are just sons of bitches sometimes :S

so i wont be allowed to host the raw files? or will i be legally allowed to host the maya files with a tut on converting? and what rights would i have over the model itself?
If the model is converted into Activision's compiled file formats (xmodel+surfs, iwi, materials, etc) the files in their proprietary format belong to them per the EULA jjbradman mentioned above.
If you post the raw 3d scene file or a .obj or whatever, it's still your property and you own creative rights to the files and you are free to do whatever you want with them, including posting them to this forum.
