Is there a way to get the xmodels form cod4 without owning the game? I have the cod4 mod tools but I don't know what to do with them when it comes to exporting static models.

actually you can but you need cod4 for textures

you can use tom's xmodel utils to port them you just have to get the textures from the main folder or use toms xmodel files app
