So first of all i been playing waw for about 1 year already. One day i go on my laptop and boom norton is gone(its expired) and i was well oh well and i guess a week later my cpu busted, took it to a friend and said its a "virus" and so now i pop in the waw cd  and my laptop cant read my cd, is there some kind of fix or do you think its just my game 

Well depends on the situation, is your pc fixed now? and was you cd in your pc during the time you had the virus? cause some  virusses can get on a cd so if it's fixed now it could be that your pc blocks the "infected" cd

I don't have that much knowledge about this, you could try if your cd works in another pc but i don't know what could happen when you do that

Since CDs are read-only, a virus can't get on them.
Your CD might have scratches or your PC's CD drive is corrupt
