I actually like sliding in bo3. Its more practical than diving IMO. It would be cool if they made "PHD Slider" or something because I seriously doubt that they are going to create a new game mechanic for the sake of one perk for a DLC map. They could have it create fire all around the area you slid when you have the perk or something and of course give you the explosive protection as well.

Definetly needs to be something that makes the sliding more than just a method of movement. I never really Dolphin Dived in zombies to get around, unless I was using PHD. It was faster to run.

I think if you slid from a spot above ground level to a spot on ground level then that could be a thing in the new dlc if trollarch doesn't troll us again...
