Ok, when you go to your mod folder in appdata is the localized_*MAPNAME*.ff file there? If it is delete it and hit move files on the project mover and see if the file is placed.

I FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH  the problem was i have to recompile my ugx mod in launcher as well as my map and then move the files!!!!!!
If you haven't done it or the files were deleted yes.. As it said in the tutorial. You don't have to compile UGX-MOD every single time you compile your map though, only if you changed something with the ugx-mod itself.

would adding in a ugx mod prefab change the ugx mod itself?
Not if you are adding it to your map no. Like if you were to add things in the images folder inside the ugx-mod folder you would have to compile it. Or added something to the ugx-mods mod.csv.
