This was found in a sock bought in Primark. The Original poster is looking for someone to translate it. From my basic chinese and japanese knowledge it appears to be a legitimate cry for help. Something about being put in jail for a false crime and his father murdered. and his brothers phone number.

If anybody can read chinese, please help to translate this. And Help to raise awareness.
