new specs for my new pc is:
CPU: AMD A8 Quad core performance rated at 5GHz
GPU: Radion HD R5 (don't know which one)
RAM: 4GB
HDD 1T
full HD display
HDMI port
2x USB 3.0 sockets
micro SD card reader
1x normal usb socket
OS: windows 8.1 (with free upgrade)
my previous specs:
CPU: intel core i3 @ 2.3GHz dual core (4 logical processers)
GPU: nvidia geforce 610m + 1GB of dedicated VRAM
1x usb 3.0 socket
2x normal usb sockets
OS: windows 7
micro sd card reader
HDD: 500GB
Display: 1366x768 (low HD i think)
dolby advanced audio V5 with profile selector

I don't know of any CPU that comes stock 5GHz? And we need more detailed specs, there are a lot of "AMD A8's" out there.
Uh, if youre going to have a GPU then i strongly don't recommend any AMD A series cpu's. Those are made for people that don't want to invest in a GPU and the cpu is pretty weak anyway. I would at least recommend an FX-6300 or even better a 8350 if you decide to go with AMD.
