Yep. That would be why your computer keeps crashing. 

Its a multi 12V rail power supply, so the total watts that it could be outputting is split between components. Even if it wasn't, the power supply looks really shady(for lack of a better way to describe it).

Also, the total amount that the combined 12V rails could be outputting is 360, not 350(12 * Amps). Not a very good sign if the manufacturer couldn't even get the correct total wattage right.
