My PC Keeps Freezing!

I don't know what has happend but all of a sudden, my pc has started to freeze up to 15+ times a day, I Haven't installed any new software or done anything to my pc.
Does anyone have any ideas.
And my temperatures are fine.
My PC specs:
OS: Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
RAM: 4GB
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 SSC+
PSU: Alpine 600w
Motherboard: IntelDQ35JO
Storage: 64 GB SSD + 300GB HDD + 1TB HDD
Does anyone have any ideas.
