Hello, I'd like to know if anyone can help me in a error that I've been dealing with since I downloaded the new version of UGX Map Manager. The error says "To run this application, you must first install one of the following versions from .NET Framework: v4.0.30319" What does it mean?

Install the .net framework version 4.0
