How do i make a floating message? for example a "needs power" message when you try to buy a perk or the "Teleporter has to be connected first" when you try to use the teleporter on kino.

The only difference is that I want a message to be acctivated without you pressing something. For example, a trigger box when you walk over it.

(I saw a holo screen in the model browser, can I somehow use that)?
