how do i enable cheats after using ugx script placer

They should be on by default for development reasons. If that's not the case, are you using UGX-Mod? If yes, there should be a setting in ugxm_user_setting.cfg for it.

no the script placer automatically disabled themThe script placer doesn't disable them unless you set it to. If you did it it to then you gotta edit the menu files so that it doesn't set the cheats you selected to "Not Allowed".

which files?main.menu, briefing.menu and options_game_pc.menu.
If you remove the menu calls in your mod.csv then it won't use the custom menu files, comment them out and then un-comment them when you want to use the anti-cheat.
