I need help because i was trying to play a new custom zombies map known as Ragnarok for the past few days however when doing so it crashes then the console comes up with "Unexpected Exception Caught" for some reason which i do not know off.

Can someone help me when i try to play this map it crashes and it comes up via the console "Unexpected exception caught" please help me
